    How to use the equipment

    In collaboration with CSUF's Kinesiology Department, the Move More, Eat Healthy Campaign has created exercise tutorial videos on how to use the physical activity equipment available at the parks. Below you will find the videos demonstrating how to properly utilize the equipment and other movements that can be done to engage in physical activity.
